Well here I am again writing to you with bad news ! But this time its my Sister Judy who has passed away. Her Married Name Is Deans but most will know her as Judy Alvey so could you be kind enough to include this in your Notice area

It is with Great Sadness i find myself writing this note to let you know that Judy Passed Away last Thursday 18th Aug 05 the Funeral was held on Tue 30th at Highley 14.30 hrs

For just 10 pence per card they will deliver your cards in the local area. Just take your cards to the Severn Centre on The 19th of December between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm and they guarantee delivery that afternoon. Father Christmas will make an appearance about 11.30 am. Drinks and mince pies are on offer as well. Disco for the Kids as well ring Alan on 862240 for more details.

The Highley Welfare Sports and Social Club is no more. It closed it's doors for the last time in march 2002.We hear that the site is to be redeveloped along with the new sports and leisure centre.
Let us know of any stories or pictures from it's past.

The Funeral was held at the Telford crematorium on Wednesday 26th
September 2001 Followed by Internment at Highley Church.
