The Centre is far from finished at the moment so don't expect too much.. But I had a reassurance that the centre will be finished in the next few weeks from Councillor Engleheart. I must say that there seems to be a lot remaining to be done and I will be quite surprised to see it completed before Christmas. On the day I also think a small PA system would have helped every body to hear the opening speeches, by the time I got near the reception it was all over and I was quite lucky to get this picture of Ted. Any way we all hope that the completion of the centre goes smoothly now the pressure is off, the village has waited a long time for this.
But can anyone answer me this, why was the opening held on the anniversary of Nine Eleven?
